Message from the President
As the lights of Chandni Chowk dimmed and eventually came to close, everyone went home with their tummy’s full, a little more bling on their wrists, colorful henna on their hands and the contentment of knowing their participation aided in supporting a great cause such as Canuck Place.
Thank you, all of you, who helped create the theme, set up the display, decorated the hall, manned the booths, greeted our guests and donated their money. Your participation in this intercultural event showcased what the Fraser Valley is all about: sharing and caring together to make our communities stronger and inclusive of each other. The Leaders of the community who were our shop keepers reminded all of us that when we work together for good causes, we all have a better appreciation for each other.
The Fraser Valley Indo Canadian Business Association is enthusiastic with your contribution and would like you to continue your support with our activities throughout the next year. We also look for create ways to engage communities so if you have feedback or would like to partner with us, we look forward to your ideas.
